Absolutely stunning location with breathtaking views of the countryside and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. The food is simply amazing, especially the chicken caesar salad and the burger. The service is impeccable with friendly and efficient staff making us feel special and welcomed. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are great places to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The poor water pressure in the lodges' showers. Despite mentioning it to the receptionist and having the handyman look at it, there was no improvement.

As a family, we were pleased with the location of the hotel, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area easily. the rooms were spacious enough for all of us, and we appreciated the breakfast that was included in our rate. the hotel grounds were stunning and immaculate, providing plenty of opportunities for good pictures and time outdoors.

The Christmas dinner was not up to our expectations with poor service and long waits for our meals. It appears that the staff was not well trained for the holiday rush at the hotel.

Situated down by the lake, guests can enjoy beautiful views and tranquil surroundings. the hotel is away from the expensive high-end restaurant, ensuring guests have more affordable dining options. the fact that it is situated in an old castle with a new section gives it a unique charm and character. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with luxurious amenities in the bathroom such as a shower and bath with water jets. the service provided by the staff is efficient and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, from cold to hot dishes, ensuring there is something for everyone's taste.

One drawback which we both felt uncomfortable about was having to walk through a dining area in our robes to access the spa.
